Data Deletion

Want some or all of your Neuro8 data gone? Three options below, ordered from least to most thorough. All under your control.

Option 1 — Disconnect Meta

If you just want to revoke Meta access (so we stop syncing your ads and posts):

Open Neuro8 and go to your brand workspace
Click Ad accounts or Social Channels
Hit Disconnect on the Meta tile

This deletes your Meta access tokens immediately. Already-synced content (ads + posts already pulled in) is retained until you go further. You can also revoke access from Meta's side at Facebook → Business Integrations → find Neuro8.ai → Remove.

Option 2 — Delete a specific brand or workspace

To delete one brand and everything inside it (audiences, products, briefs, reports, synced ad data):

Open the brand workspace in Neuro8
Go to Settings
Click Delete brand and confirm

The deletion is immediate and irreversible.

Option 3 — Delete your entire account

To permanently delete your Neuro8 account and everything in it, email us:

info@neuro8.ai

Subject: Delete my account

Include in the email:

The email address you signed up with
(Optional) the reason — helps us improve
(Optional) "export first" if you want a JSON copy of your data before we wipe it

What happens next:

We respond within 2 business days to confirm we received the request
Within 30 days of confirmation we permanently delete:
- Your account record
- All your brands, audiences, products, briefs, reports, analyses
- All synced Meta ads and posts
- All Meta access tokens
- All session and login data
Anonymous aggregate stats may persist for product improvement, but cannot be linked back to you.

What about Meta?

Deleting your Neuro8 account doesn't automatically remove Neuro8 from Meta's record of your connected business tools. To remove Neuro8 from Meta's side too:

facebook.com/settings/?tab=business_tools → find Neuro8.ai → Remove

That covers both sides.
